CONGRESS GROUP VENTURES
33 ARCH STREET
BOSTON, MA

A 33-story office tower with 900,000 square feet – 600,000 for office, 300,000 for parking and common area space – in the heart of Boston, MA. The project was led by the Congress Group Ventures and designed by Elkus / Manfredi Architects. New construction scope was approximately $150 MM.

Sensitivity to the pedestrian experience is evident in the design of the lobby as well as in the changes planned for surrounding streets. Tenants and guests can access the building from lobby doors that open onto both Arch and Hawley Street.

ASD provided design enhancement recommendations which included plan review, threat analysis and recommendations that later formed the basis for the overall security program design.
