Certified Crime Prevention Specialists

The American Crime Prevention Institute (ACPI) annually conducts a two-week basic crime prevention seminar for  crime prevention officers and specialists.  Upon successful completion of this extensive 80-hour program and passing an examination, seminar participants are certified by ACPI as a "Crime Prevention Specialist."
